The dual-layer protection provides extra longevity, shielding your mic capsule from wind, moisture, and pesky plosives without the need for an external filter. The mic also comes with a mic clip and a soft zipper case for transporting your mic set to your next gig or session.
Flexible, Detachable Capsule
The fully detachable microphone capsule offers significant flexibility not found on most handheld condenser mics. Detaching the capsule from the microphone body allows you to use your MTP W950 with a wide range of third-party wireless transmitters, so that you can get all of the crystal-clear sound you love from your Lewitt without having to be anchored to messy and obtrusive cables.
The MTP W950 capsule is compatible with the following transmitters:
- Without adapter: most Shure transmitters, Lectrosonics, Sony handheld wireless mic transmitters, Line6 XD-V55 and XD-V75, and Mipro ACT series
- With adapter: Sennheiser wireless systems with interchangeable capsules
