Extended looping time for complete performances
The GL100 stands out thanks to its impressive 300 minutes of stereo looping time, divided across 100 storage positions. This capacity supports long compositions, layered arrangements, and multiple song ideas in a single unit.
Loops can be saved automatically as you play or manually when you choose, reducing interruptions during creative moments. The position-jumping function allows you to switch between stored phrases using the footswitches, opening the door to fully arranged performances that move beyond single-loop jams.
Hands-on control with smart footswitch design
Two multi-purpose footswitches form the backbone of the GL100’s workflow. Short presses and holds cover recording, playback, overdubs, cancellations, and undo or redo functions without complicated menus. A simple press also primes drum synchronisation options, letting patterns stop after one bar, repeat, or reset alongside the looper. An internal quantisation function helps ensure recording and stopping points stay perfectly in time, even if your footswitch timing is slightly late.
Drum machine with intelligent accompaniment
The built-in drum machine includes 20 pattern styles, each with 11 variations, spanning multiple time signatures. Patterns can be triggered via the footswitches, edited using the touchscreen, and synced using tap tempo.
Four different stop modes help create clean endings, which can often be overlooked during live looping. MOOER’s AI Band Technology takes things further by automatically selecting suitable drum patterns based on real-time guitar input, providing rhythm accompaniment without manual control.
Designed for accuracy, flexibility, and ease of use
Recording accuracy is supported by a clear count-in function and an auto-record mode that starts recording once your signal crosses an adjustable threshold. This helps capture clean loops without relying on perfectly timed presses. Time-stretching allows you to change loop tempo without affecting pitch, making it easy to sync phrases with the drum machine.
A circular 1.3-inch touchscreen displays status information and simplifies navigation, while flexible stereo, dual-mono, and isolated routing options support complex signal setups. MOOER Studio software for Windows and iOS enables loop management, audio transfer, firmware updates, and system resets, rounding out a well-considered looping and rhythm solution.
