Solid State Logic A32 Mixed-format I/O

The SSL A32 is a 32-in/32-out SSL SuperAnalogue analogue I/O unit providing direct connectivity to Dante and AES67 IP audio networks. Designed for broadcast, post-production, and professional installation environments where Dante infrastructure is the primary audio transport but high-quality analogue I/O is required at specific points in the system, the A32 provides 32 channels of SSL SuperAnalogue line-level input and 32 channels of balanced analogue line-level output connected to the Dante/AES67 network via redundant Ethernet connections and redundant power supplies. SMPTE ST 2110-30 support is included for broadcast applications requiring AoIP compliance to the SMPTE 2110 standard for professional media over IP networks.

The A32 is remotely controlled via System T broadcast consoles and control interfaces, SSL Live consoles, and the SSL Remote Stagebox Application, integrating into the same unified remote management infrastructure as the SB-series network stageboxes. For facilities requiring large-format SSL analogue I/O connected directly to a Dante network — without the need for additional MADI or AES/EBU conversion infrastructure — the A32 provides the most direct and highest-quality path to that capability.
