Wharfedale Pro Tourus+ A15 500watt Active Speaker

TOURUS+ A15 is a 15″ active loudspeaker from our TOURUS+ Active Series — designed to deliver high output, full-range performance and versatility for professional live sound and installation use. Powered by a Class D bi-amplified system, it delivers 500 W continuous and 1000 W peak output with a maximum SPL of 130 dB at 1 m. Its custom Wharfedale Pro 15″ LF driver with a 3.0″ voice coil produces deep, controlled low-end response, while the integrated DSP provides four FIR presets (NORMAL, LIVE, DJ, SPEECH) for instant optimisation. Bluetooth and TWS connectivity enable convenient wireless playback and stereo linking. Housed in a rugged polypropylene cabinet with dual-angle pole sockets (0° and 3°), multiple rigging points and a 45° monitor angle, TOURUS+ A15 is built for stage, floor or wall-mounted use. Durable, powerful and adaptable — a complete loudspeaker solution for any professional setup. Pair it with a T-SUB-AX active sub for perfectly matched low-frequency extension.

All Tourus+ models are equipped with dual 35 mm pole sockets.   0° and 3° This is really useful for targeting your audio…..at your audience.

Versatile

The polypropylene cabinet of all TOURUS+ models has been designed with a 45° monitor angle. TOURUS+ easily works not only as a front of house loudspeaker but as a floor monitor too!

Cover IT up

With soft internal padding these optional ‘soft cover’ accessories are ideal for simple transportation or as a dust cover when the TOURUS+ is not being used. The TOURUS+ carry handles are easily accessible even when it is inside its TOURUS+ Soft cover.

Control

Around the back is the main screen and control.  All the options are accessible to tweak the TOURUS+A to sound great in your environment. A perfect partner for a TOURUS+ is a T-SUB-AX Active subwoofer.  Available in 12″, 15″ and 18″ sizes an active sub makes the system really move some air! Used with a TOURUS+, a TITAN or the flagship TYPHON models, T-Sub-AX completes the system – bringing new levels of bass to the setup.
