Gigging players like to take advantage of new dual modes with custom presets that put contrasting modes on each footswitch. The BigSky MX’s new large OLED screen keeps deep editing a simple affair with no additional gear or software required. There are plenty of surface controls for quick tweaks to modulation, tone, mix, and other key parameters.

Expansive stereo joins robust I/O

Stereo outputs, unique routing, and Class A JFET preamps give the BigSky MX unprecedented lushness and ambience. The BigSky MX’s dual mode functions are meticulously optimized for stereo use — including options that let you pan different modes to either side or mix them in parallel or as a series. You can also store hundreds of presets and call them up using MIDI (5-pin or USB-C). Connecting an expression pedal unlocks more interactive play with the ability to tweak various parameters on the fly.
