COPA offers full-time and part-time courses in: Drums, Guitar, Vocals, Bass, Keyboard and Music Production/ Sound Engineering & Music Business. Students are not only trained in their chosen instrument, but also in modules such as Music Business and Stage Craft to ensure that they are well prepared for a successful career in the music industry. The campus boasts state-of-the-art facilities with two recording studios, a technology centre, a performance venue and practice facilities for use by its students.

All courses offered by their unique institution are accredited both nationally and internationally. They are registered by the Department of Education and Umalusi as an FET college. Full accreditation by the MAPPP SETA also allows COPA to train previously disadvantaged individuals in Learnerships, with courses found on the National Qualifications Framework (NQF).

COPA has recently signed a franchise agreement with the Academy of Contemporary Music (ACM) in the UK, which means that COPA can now offer the ACM Diploma and Higher Diploma and BA (Honours) degree courses which are internationally accredited.

COPA currently has campuses in Johannesburg, Pretoria and recently the new Cape Town campus opened.
