"The past couple of months have been unbelievably busy. I played 28 gigs last month in 4 different bands.I have been doing double gigs every week with two seperate set ups. My PDP plattinum series kit and my gold sparkle DW collectors kit. I am very happy with these drums and love the big sizes. (24/20 bass drum 18 floor etc) Whether I'm playing to 100 people at a Corporate or to 6000 people at Kirstenbosch Gardens, my kit always speaks the right language for me. Also after trying various different bass drum pedals I still love my double DW 5000 pedals the most. Everywhere I go I take my Sabian AA and HH cymbals with me. I love these cymbals and cannot imagine playing any others. My favourite cymbal is the 8" chinas splash and my 15" HH hats - very Rock 'n Roll!

There is something very unique about the hand hammered crashes, I use 17" and 18" crashes.

I have recorded on a bunch of albums this year with this gear and the sound has been fantastic.
With so many different sound engineers and producers loving my gear, I know I'm sorted in every way.
